Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using this website or making a purchase. By using this website or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Introduction
Your access to and use of this website, and all related websites operated by Founders LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), including audience-accelerator.co, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing the Site or purchasing, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
1. Content and License
The Site provides courses, videos, training materials, templates, worksheets, community access, and other materials (collectively "Content") for your personal use. This Content is owned by the Company and/or its third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Content for your own personal purposes. No part of the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, shared, resold, or used commercially without written permission from the Company.
2. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All Content is copyrighted and owned by the Company and/or its suppliers. The frameworks, systems, templates, and methods taught in the Program are proprietary. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may violate copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights, and may result in termination of access.
3. Account Access and Sharing
Access is granted to one individual and is non-transferable. Sharing login details, distributing Content, or giving access to anyone who has not purchased the Program is not permitted and may result in termination of access.
4. Accuracy and Results
The Program is provided for educational purposes and delivers the proprietary systems, frameworks, and tools used by the Company. The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific result, income, audience growth, or outcome. Any results achieved depend entirely on the individual's own effort, application, and circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own results.
5. Program Access
Upon purchase, access to your course and community is provided immediately via email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly, and check your spam and promotions folders if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you have any trouble getting in, our support team will sort it out quickly.
6. Payment and Installments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The total split-payment amount may be slightly higher than the one-time payment amount.
Where you choose the split-payment option, you authorise the Company to automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled installment on its due date. If a scheduled payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your payment method up to three (3) times. If payment still hasn't gone through after the third attempt, access to the Program and community will be suspended and then revoked, and any payments already made remain non-refundable. We're always happy to restore access once any outstanding balance is settled.
7. Refund Policy
We’re confident in the quality of our programs, and many of our clients have achieved measurable results with them. However, due to the digital nature of our courses and the increasing issue of course piracy, we must enforce a strict refund policy to protect our intellectual property and community. Not all sales are final: if you have not yet accessed the course content or the community, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll process it, no questions asked.
Once you have logged in and accessed any of the course materials or the community, the Program is considered delivered, and enrolment is final and non-refundable. This policy safeguards the value of the Program for all members and protects our intellectual property. Should you experience any technical difficulty accessing the materials you have purchased, our support team will assist you promptly to resolve it. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
8. Future Updates
Your lifetime access includes new lessons and updates we add to the Program over time. We add to it regularly based on what members ask for, though we don't commit to a specific schedule or quantity, and we reserve the right to improve, restructure, or update the Program as we see fit.
9. Submissions
When you share something in the community or on the Site, like a post, a comment, or a win you're proud of, you're giving us permission to feature it, for example in testimonials or case studies. You always keep ownership of anything you create, and we'll only ever represent it fairly.
Electronic Communications
When you register, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Company relating to your purchase and account.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Program.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
